A big Thank You going out to Island Readers and Writers for bringing children’s author and illustrator, Lucky Platt to the Lubec Memorial Library for a two day puppet making workshop for homeschoolers. Lucky taught 22 children how to make paper mache heads, and cloth bodies to create puppets with personalities. She read to us from her book Imagine a Wolf, and inspired all with her enthusiasm for creating.
